We are so proud to have been part of developing Communities Direct with Community Four. This is not only a crucial tool in the fight against the spread of COVID-19 - it is also an initiative which empowers families and communities to understand and take charge of their health.
A migrant and refugee-led community health information sharing service, Communities Direct provides a structured way for CALD community leaders to share endorsed Government health information that is tailored specifically to the needs of their communities.
