Learning English is the cornerstone of active participation in Australian society for migrant and refugee communities.
From grocery shopping to navigating public transport; from discussion children's progress at school to applying for jobs, our classes offer an inclusive, friendly environment to learn and grow in confidence and feel connected to community.

Our classes are taught by skilled members of the Hazara community and by trained volunteers. We offer beginner and intermediate classes, and provide opportunities for our students to try our their new language skills through speaking in front of their community and through excursions across Melbourne.
Language is the key to participation and contribution, and we believe that women of all backgrounds should have the chance to shine.
